The helmet originally was a raffle prize at the SECOND ANNUAL DAVID W.
KACKLEY MEMORIAL RIDE & BBQ in Winchester VA on June 30, 2012. Dave
was a long time law enforcement officer and had once been a co-worker with Mike
Miller.
The winners of the helmet decided that Dave would have done something for
Mike and so the helmet now serves as a tool to help Mike and family. Dave, we
feel, would have liked that.
